On november 10, 2004, at 5:18 a.M., officers responded to 3707 se 33rd avenue, on reports of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, they found the victim, robert valentino cespedes, a 35-year-old white male, lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. Mr. Cespedes was still alive when officers found him and had him transported to a local hospital. Mr. Cespedes initially survived his gunshot wound, but on november 15, 2007, died from seizures as a result of the gunshot.
