39 year old casimiro villalobos had just returned to denver, colorado from mexico. On june 14, 1981, mr. Villalobos went to the elbow room lounge, which was located on the corner of 20th and larimer streets, to have some drinks. Sometime during the evening, mr. Villalobos went into the bar's restroom. Shortly thereafter, he was shot to death by an unknown suspect(s). Mr. Villalobos was pronounced dead at the scene.
