On may 26, 2001, 18 year-old gary soto, was shot while still seated in his vehicle which was stopped in the middle of the intersection facing north on wadsworth boulevard at belleview avenue. Two witnesses were in the vehicle with soto when the shooting occurred. The suspect vehicle was described as a black ford ranger pickup. A composite drawing of the suspect was completed and is included in this post.Agency
