On june 21, 1998, at 9:30 p.M., vernon todd was riding his bike in the area of cervantes and ogden. Neighbors in that neighborhood heard gun shots then dialed 911. Arriving officers found the lying in a driveway and suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Vernon todd was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
