On april 22, 2012 at 4:35 a.M. Nancy newton was at her residence in the area of north 28th street and flower street in phoenix. She was walking in her bedroom when she was confronted by the suspect. She screamed for help, but the suspect assaulted her before he fled. Nancy suffered numerous injuries and was transported to the hospital. She died as a result of the injuries on april 26, 2012.Agency
