On february 15, 2020, shaheen elkhalili was driving to pick up his wife from work around 12 p.M. When he was shot and killed. Shaheen had their two children (2 and 3 years old) in the back seat of his car. Shaheen was on the access road at foster road and ih-10. He was approaching the intersection when someone drove up next to shaheen’s vehicle and shot him. After being shot, shaheen rear-ended another vehicle before crashing into a guardrail. Shaheen’s children were unharmed, but shaheen died at the scene.Agency
