On july 25, 1999, 30 year old dario ibarra-arguello and his friend left the las palmas bar. While the pair drove down the street, another vehicle drove along side of dario. This unknown suspect fired into the vehicle dario was driving striking both dario and his friend. Both were transported to a local hospital. A few weeks later, dario died from the gunshot wounds he sustained, but his friend survived.
