On august 5, 1973 0230 hours the victim was at 202 w. 28th street north attending a reunion for the boooker t. Washington high school class of 1958. The vicitm had been at a party at the vfw hall located near the parking lot. The victim was standing on the passengers side of the vehicle when an unknown suspect fired a shot striking the victim. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound.Agency
