On july 23, 1997, the fostoria police department was advised by a male subject that he had witnessed a shooting on switzer road north of fostoria. The wood county sheriff's office responded and found the body of 32 year old calvin strong lying in the front seat of his vehicle having been shot to death. The male subject who witnessed the shooting stated he was in strong's car with strong and drove to rural switzer road to meet other subjects in another vehicle to complete a drug transaction.Agency
