On september 16, 1974, the body of 39yr old james edwards was found inside his home on elco ave in maumee. It was apparent that he had been murdered in an execution style killing. His vehicle was also missing but was later found abandoned at michigan and monroe st in toledo. James was an english teacher at st. Johns jesuit high school at the time. After a lengthy investigation, and the case being reopened over 15 years ago, the case remains unsolved.Agency
