On august 23, 2008, at approximately 9:10 p.M., henrico officers were dispatched to an area on pensacola avenue near the intersection of carolina avenue, regarding a man down. Upon their arrival they located the adult male victim, later identified as ronnie antonio williams, lying in the roadway. It was later determined that mr. Williams died of a single gunshot wound.Agency
