On wednesday, december 3, 2008, at approximately 4:48 pm, members of the first district responded to 1200 north capitol street, nw (tyler house apartments), for the report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers located 22-year old tecardo justin ward (aka timothy justin ward) in the first floor hallway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Mr. Ward was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The metropolitan police department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.Agency
