On june 25, 2000, gerald waters was discovered in a field after a report of shots being fired and people screaming. He was treated by paramedics at the scene, transported to the hospital, but succumbed to his wounds. Gerald waters was a known cmg blood gang member on probation (ankle monitor) for a narcotics offense at the time of his death.
