Frank r. Beasley b/m 22 yo occurred: 11/04/2015 at 1035 hours @ location: 7439 lydia officers were dispatched to the location on a reported shooting call. Upon arrival, officers located the victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The victim died of his injuries.
