Mark d. Taylor b/m 11/26/1979 on 08/16/2012 at 2124 hours, the victim was in front of his residence talking on his cellular telephonegiving the party on the phone directions to his location. Information gained from witnesses stating thevictim was waving over a vehicle, apparently the subject he was speaking to on the phone. Thewitnesses stated a dark color (4) door vehicle stopped in front of the victim’s location and the victimapproached the passenger side of the vehicle.
