On april 8, 2021, at approximately 5:21 am, columbus division of police radio room received a 911 call from a female who stated that there was a female outside yelling and screaming. When patrol officers arrived, they found the victim, 32yr old sade payne partially clothed and suffering from a gunshot wound. Ms. Payne was transported to riverside methodist hospital where she was later pronounced dead.Agency
