On september 30, 2011 at 11:20 p.M. Police responded to the area of 300 west fillmore street reference a shooting. The two victims were in a chevy s-10 truck stopped at the sign on 3rd avenue and fillmore when an unknown suspect/s fired into the passenger side of the truck. The victims fled the scene believing they were being chased. Cresencio the victim was killed by the gunfire and fell out of the truck at 3rd avenue and adams. Cresencio’s cousin continued to drive to 48th street and baseline where police were called. Both victims had been at the oaxaca’s restaurant sometime prior to the shooting.Agency
