On september 19, 2021, at approximately 11:04pm, officers were dispatched to the area of the 900 block of e. Weber rd. On the report of shots fired. Officers arrived at scene and located the victim #2 who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. Victim #2 directed the officers to the rear of the location where they located two additional victims who had been shot. Columbus fire medic #18 transported victim #2 to riverside hospital in stable condition. Columbus fire medic # 28 transported victim #3 to grant medical center in critical condition. Clinton township medic #61 pronounced victim #1, 51yr old deshawn lemon deceased at scene at 11:15pm.Agency
