On january 31, 2007, jose munoz was at his business, munoz tire & auto repair at 2837 e. Rosedale. A hispanic male drove up in a 2002-2003 red dodge ram 1500 4-door pickup. The male argued with jose munoz over the alleged damage to the rim of a tire. The male shot and killed jose munoz. The male then left the scene in the pick-up truck that was being driven by another hispanic male.Agency
