Description: DISTURBANCE REPORTED AT 23 11TH ST. AFTER TWO MEN REPORTED SOMEONE AT A NEARBY HOME HAS BEEN PLAYING MUSIC VERY LOUDLY. POLICE STOPPED A MAN LEAVING THE RESIDENCE IN A VEHICLE WHO SAID THE SITUATION WAS GETTING OUT OF HAND. POLICE HEARD LOUD NOISE AND YELLING AND ASKED ALL PEOPLE INSIDE THE RESIDENCE TO STEP OUTSIDE. DANNY KNICELY WAS TAKEN BY POLICE AND FACES CHARGES OF OBSTRUCTING OFFICIALS BUSINESS, RESISTING ARREST AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN NILES MUNICIPAL COURT.
