On september 15, 2002 toledo police units along with toledo fire department responded to a report of a female's body on the ground behind 966 oak. The victim, 24 year old joan palacio was pronounced deceased at the scene and appeared to have been placed in this location after her death. Ms. Palacio's cause of death resulted from blunt trauma and strangulation. She was last seen early in the morning on september 15, 2002 when palacio was picked up by a white male, with reddish brown hair driving a red sports car at 649 oak.Agency
