On march 24, 2018 at approximately 12:27 a.M., patrol officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of north lamont street to investigate a report of an unresponsive male later identified as 27 year old keoki manuel laying on the sidewalk. Arriving officers located manuel suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Medical personnel responded and pronounced manuel deceased at the scene. The investigation by the lvmpd homicide section indicates the shooting went unreported until a citizen observed manuel on the sidewalk. No arrests have been made, but the motive for the shooting appears to be related to the sale of narcotics.Agency
