During the early morning hours of october 10, 2000, essie otten was sitting at on bus bench waiting for the bus to take her to work. Essie was approached by a black male who demanded her money. Essie gave him her money, however, he shot her. The suspect either took essie or she ran behind a nearby building, after being shot, and attempted to sexually assault her.Agency
