On october 20, 2021, at approximately 10:53 a.M. Officers were dispatched to the area of cleveland ave. And e. 21st ave. On report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers met with 19yr old tanknai houpe, who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the back and chest area. Mr. Houpe was transported to a local hospital in critical condition and later died as a result of his injuries. Officers met with a witness who stated they and mr. Houpe were walking in the area of cleveland ave. And e 21st. Ave. When a black four door sedan passed them and unknown occupants inside the vehicle fired multiple gunshots at them, striking mr.
