Patrol officers arrived around 1 a.M. September 13, 2014 to hare avenue in reference to a person shot. When police arrived, they found one person was shot and another person, jatarvis brandon johnson, 22, dead inside a house. The surviving victim told police he and johnson went to the house to visit a friend. When they entered they were met with gunfire.
