On november 4, 1988 children found a skull in a creek at 421 s. 76th e. Avenue. The medical examiner deterimed it to be a black male between the age 15-25 years of age, with a gunshot wound in the back of the skull. The medical examiner ruled it a hommicide that occured in 1988.Agency
