During The Afternoon Of March 21, 1998, A Group Of Young Men Were Riding Their Motorcycles Off-road, When One Of The Males Noticed What Appeared To Be A Partially Buried Body. The Body Was Located In The Arroyo At The 1000 Block Of Los Picaros Se In Albuquerque. The Victim Was Later Identified As Cecilia Velasquez, Formerly Of Silver City, Nm. Cecilia Resided At Joy Junction While In The Albuquerque Area, And Had Previously Been Treated For Mental Illness. Prior To Her Death, Cecilia Was In The Company Of A Male Companion.
