At approximately 6:45 on september 8, 1986, the bodies of ernest "Chick" bolden and oscar rice were found inside bolden's residence on martin street. Both victims had obvious physical injuries caused by a blunt object. The residence did not appear to be in disarray and there was no forced entry. Neighbors reported hearing nothing.Agency
