On august 4, 2004, officers were called to the bluebird theater on a report of a fight where shots had been fired. Upon arrival, 21 year old kurt levias was located and found to be suffering from gunshot wounds. Kurt was taken to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The investigation found kurt had been involved in an argument with another male and that this argument continued outside where the shooting transpired.
