On 7/20/17 at approximately 1735 hours, members of the kansas city missouri police department were dispatched to 28th and walrond in regard to a shooting. Upon arrival, a b/m was observed inside a vehicle parked on the southwest corner of 28th and walrond. The male had apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds. Ems transported the victim to an area hospital but was pronounced deceased at 1821 hours. Anyone with any information about this homicide is urged to call the tips hotline at 816-474-tips, or det. J.
