Petras puplesis was the on-site manager of the apartment complex located 630 east 16th avenue, which is situated in the north capitol hill neighborhood. Friends of mr. Puplesis became concerned when they had not seen or heard from him for two days. A welfare check on the afternoon of december 8th, 1984 was conducted by denver police officers. It was at this point that petras puplesis was found unresponsive inside of his apartment. An autopsy later revealed that mr. Puplesis was stabbed to death.Agency
