On 8/20/2015, weber 911 received a phone call of a shooting and person down in the area of 2300 van buren avenue, ogden utah. The male victim was transported to the hospital where he was declared deceased from a gunshot injury. Investigations revealed mcguire was outside in the street when he was shot. A possible suspect vehicle was described in the area by witnesses but that lead has not led to the identification of the perpetrators.Agency
