726 south jeremy street #2. This is a single story apartment building. The building has 6 units. Unit two was occupied by witness santiago tehero. The victim was visiting. Jose angel torres-moncivais age 33. Unknown date of birth. The victim was a mexican citizen. He was working at “lapopular” restaurant at 705 south 900 west (close to the address of occurrance) the victim had been in the unites states for only a few months. He carried a large amount of cash in his wallet. He had flashed the cash at the apartment complex. Jose would go to santiago tehero’s apartment after he got off of work and hang out with santiago and his friends.The victim was sitting on a couch outside of #2. A chevy suburban pulled into the parking lot. 5 people got out. They walked to the victim and had a confrontation. One suspect (male polynesian, 20 years old, large hair,) shot the victim at close range with a 12 guage shotgun. The suspect took his wallet and cell phone. All suspects got into the suburban and dove off.Agency
