While on routine patrol, a jacksonville sheriff's officer observed the front door of a warehouse open and a light on at 1856 evergreen avenue. Upon checking this premises the officers found the victim lying on the concrete floor. The victim had been shot once in the head and chest. There was evidence of a robbery at the crime scene.
