On july 3, 1997, at or about 6:18 a.M., the lvmpd patrol officers responded to a 911 call regarding gunshots coming from the area of 2315 sandy lane. Upon their arrival they observed malcolm marshall laying in his front yard suffering from life threatening injuries. Malcolm marshall was transported to university medical center and was subsequently pronounced deceased by the attending trauma physician. Malcolm marshall was 43 years of age at the time of his murder.Agency
