On august 15th, 2020 at 0023 hours lvmpd dispatch received multiple 911 calls from residents in the area of 8835 hickman avenue reporting hearing more than 15 gunshots. Lvmpd patrol officers arrived on scene and discovered a large group of people having a party at a short-term rental house. Approximately 20 minutes later lvmpd dispatch received a 911 call from centennial hills hospital. A male identified as anthony richards had been dropped off, on the sidewalk in front of the hospital, suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower back. Medical personnel arrived and transported anthony to umc trauma where he was pronounced deceased.Agency
