On march 22, 2014 at approximately 2:00 p.M., the lvmpd call center received numerous 911 calls reference someone being shot in the 200 block of new york ave. Patrol officers and medical personnel responded and discovered gabriel dieguez, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and became the victim of a homicide. There were several people who observed dieguez being shot and are witnesses to this homicide. Three african american adults were seen running away from the scene one of them with a handgun.Agency
