At about 2:00 a.M., herbert myers was found face down on the sidewalk with a wound to his head. The person who discovered herbert called for police and medical help. Herbert was transported to the southern nevada memorial hospital were he died during surgery. It was discovered that herbert had suffered a blow to the head; the official cause of death was blunt force injury to the head. Homicide detectives discovered herbert had just left the casbah bar & hotel where he had been drinking. According to the bartender, herbert had been bragging about winning a large amount of money when in fact, he had to borrow $5.00 from the bartender. Several items of personal property were found lying on the ground near herbert's body, along with an object believed to have been used to bludgeon herbert. There were no known witnesses to the attack.Agency
