On december 17, 2004, downtown patrol officers responded to a call of “shots fired” in the area of 15th and carson. Officers arrived and found cornelius creal lying in the street. Creal had been shot multiple times. Creal was alive when officers arrived but was unresponsive. Creal was transported to umc trauma and subsequently died on january 10, 2005, as a result of the multiple gunshot wounds he sustained. A witness observed a dark colored, mid-sized, sedan by creal after the shooting.Agency
