On July 7th, 1976, the Redding Police Department investigated a murder that occurred near the Clear Creek Bridge on State Route 273 in Redding. The fifteen-year-old victim, Terri Lynn Ray, was found in Clear Creek with multiple stab wounds. Investigators aggressively worked the case, but over time the number of leads declined and the case went cold. The Redding Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in solving this crime.Agency
