On wednesday, april 18, 2007, officers from the gold hill division responded to the 300 block of east pikes peak avenue regarding several reports of shots fired. Upon arriving, officers observed a yellow taxi cab that appeared to have been involved in a traffic accident on wahsatch avenue. Inside the cab, officers discovered 53 year old mr. Terry l. Wilson, the apparent victim of a gunshot wound. At this time it appears there was a gun battle between two groups of individuals on pikes peak avenue, where mr.
