On december 24, 2014, in the 200 block of kenmar, kenneth anderson was outside around 11:20 p.M. Teaching his son how to ride his bicycle. Kenneth was shot to death outside his home. A witness reported seeing a black 90’s model buick stopped in front of kenneth’s home before hearing gunshots. The witness came outside after hearing shots to find kenneth lying in the street. Another witness reported that earlier that same day they had seen kenneth stop a black buick in the middle of the street. He argued with a black male about speeding on the road where his son rides his bike.Agency
