Javier ramos called the police on december 6, 2009 and reported that he had been shot by someone he knew. Officers responded to the 5000 block of overpool. The responding officers observed blood on the floor inside the residence and forced entry into the residence through the front door. Upon entry, the officers discovered javier ramos deceased inside his home. Javier ramos suffered from an apparent gunshot wound. Further investigation revealed the back door to the residence had apparently been forced open. No witnesses to javier ramos being shot were identified at the scene and a neighborhood canvass resulted in little information.Agency
