On february 17, 1999, at approximately 12:50 a.M., police responded to the 2400 block of drake street after residents reported hearing a gunshot. When police arrived, they found daniel roop, unconscious and not breathing, as a result of a gunshot wound. Drake street is located in richmond’s south side and the homicide location is near bellmeade and jefferson davis highway.Agency
