Description: An Unidentified Male Entered The Store He Attempted To Purchase $0.99 Job Rolling Papers, However He Became Disgruntled When The Clerk Refused To Sell Him The Product After He Was Unable To Pay The Full Amount. The Suspect, Seen In This Video, Took His Money Back And Headed Towards The Exit, When He Abruptly Turned Around, Yelling At The Clerk. He Then Approached The Clerk, Began Yelling Obscenities At Her, And Walked Around The Counter To The Employees Only Area She Was In. The Clerk, Feeling She Was In Danger, Grabbed A Pistol And Held It Out To Defend Herself. The Suspect Fled On Foot.

On july 12, 1981, he was forced into the cooler of the store and fatally shot with a shotgun during an attempted robbery.
