At approximately 9:45 p.M., east precinct officers responded to the 4300 block of gadsden street on report of two people shot. Officers arrived on the scene and found the victim, jehudijah davis unresponsive in the front seat of a black sedan suffering from a gunshot wound. A second male victim was also in the front seat of the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham fire and rescue personnel (bfr) pronounced davis deceased on the scene. Bfr personnel transported the second male victim to uab with life-threatening injuries.Agency
