Police friday, october 28, 2022 victim identified in chamberlayne avenue homicide richmond police department detectives have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred last night at an apartment on chamberlayne avenue as ronnell wayne, 30, of richmond. Last night at approximately 10:30 p.M., officers were called to the 3500 block of chamberlayne avenue for a report of shots fired and for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, wayne, in a courtyard of an apartment building, down and unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
