On thursday, october 31, 2019 at approximately 1:31 a.M., columbus police officers were called to the area of 1317 e. 23rd avenue, on the report of a shooting in front of this location. Upon arrival, officers found an injured male, seated in a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medics responded to the scene and ems 13 pronounced the victim, later identified as 43yr old robert fleming deceased at 1:45 a.M.
