Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in the shooting on south lombardy street last week as tyvon williams, 31, of richmond. At approximately 7:05 p.M., on thursday, august 17, officers were called to the 800 block of south lombardy street for the report of a shooting. Officers located an adult male, williams, down and unresponsive in a rear yard of a home. He had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
