On february 1st, 2007 at approximately 1900hrs, officers were dispatched to 21516 gardenview for a male lying in the snow. Upon arrival to the scene by officers, 20yr old kyle davis was located with gunshot wounds and was deceased. At approximately the same time a vehicle, a 1996 buick regal bearing ohio plate cg37fh was located at 20180 mccracken boulevard on fire. This vehicle was registered to the victim, kyle davis. It was later learned from the cuyahoga county medical examiners that kyle davis had died from gunshot wounds to the head. It was the opinion of fire investigator, that the fire was incendiary and indicated that a person or persons poured gasoline inside the vehicle and by a deliberate human act ignited one or both of the front seats of the vehicle with a portable ignition device.
